Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 (6 oz.) box orange Jell-O
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small jars apricot baby food
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix and simmer in saucepan:
Jell-O, sugar and water for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat in cream cheese, apricot baby food and Cool Whip.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Refrigerate.
