Cinnamon Apple Tortilla Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 to 6-inch medium tortillas
    4 small apples, pared and grated
    3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small cup combine 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Lightly spray tortillas on both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle both sides with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Press each tortilla into a muffin or custard cup, forming a cup.
    Bake tortilla cups 5 to 7 minutes just until edges begin to brown.
    Cool completely on rack.
    Press to open while tortillas are still warm, if necessary to maintain cup shape.
    Squeeze excess moisture from grated apple.
    Place in medium bowl.
    Stir in yogurt, nutmeg, the remaining 2 teaspoons of sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
