Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Knead. Roll out, cut and let rise for 5 minutes.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until brown.
    Dough will keep in a well covered container for a week.
