Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in yeast and add shortening.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Put on floured bread board and knead until smooth.
    Roll out as biscuits and cut.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven until done.
