Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour, plain
    3 cups sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
    6 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time and mix well.
    Sift flour with soda, mix flour and sour cream alternately.
    Beat egg whites and fold in.
    Bake for 1-1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
    Do not open oven door while baking.
