Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and flour until stiff.
    Add margarine, milk, coconut and lemon extract.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two 9-inch pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Pie makes its own crust.
