Strawberry-Yogurt Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) carton (or 1 cup) strawberry yogurt
    1/4 c. honey
    1 pt. strawberries
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Beat in yogurt and honey; chill until partially set (mixture will be the consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
    Whip gelatin with electric mixer until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Reserve a few whole berries for garnish; slice remainder and fold into gelatin.
    Chill again, if necessary, until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
    Turn into crust.
    Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
    Garnish with whipped cream and reserved berries.
