Taco Casserole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
taco mix and required water
salsa (hot, medium or mild, your choice)
ground beef
sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add taco mix and salsa; simmer.
Smooth cream cheese on bottom and sides of pie dish and pour in beef mixture.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
(May add lettuce, tomato, sour cream, black olives, etc.
for variety.)
