Spice Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    6 tsp. loose tea
    9 whole cloves, broken into small pieces
    1 tsp. dried orange peel
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over the tea, cloves, orange rind and cinnamon.
    Cover and steep for 3 to 8 minutes.
    Stir.
    Strain through fine strainer.
    Serve hot with cinnamon sticks or peppermint sticks in each cup.
    Serves 8.
