Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. liquid shortening
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine buttermilk, shortening and yeast mixture.
Add flour and sugar.
Stir until flour is moist.
Roll, cut and bake at 400\u00b0 about 12 minutes.
Or place batter in greased bowl, cover and store in refrigerator.
Take out amount as needed.
