Hot Meat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans diced green chilies
    1 large jar picante sauce
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green chilies; drain well.
    Add sauce and cheese.
    Stir until cheese has melted.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot with taco chips.
    This is pretty warm, so you might want to use just one can of chilies.
    Good for dips at parties.
