Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. regular or wild rice
    1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Spray large baking dish with cooking oil.
    Place rice on bottom, next place chicken on rice.
    Cover with cream of mushroom soup, water and butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0, covered, with tinfoil.
    Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve when cheese has melted.
