Barbecue Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apple juice or cider
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large garlic clove, crushed
    2 salmon fillets
    sprigs of parsley
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Combine cider and soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
    Add butter and garlic.
    Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until liquid thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes.
    Remove marinade from heat and cool.
    Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin side down on a rack.
    Brush salmon with marinade evenly and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
