Egg-Tuna Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
4 oz. drained water packed white tuna
4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
4 tsp. minced lemon zest
2 tsp. reduced calorie mayo
black pepper
Preparation

Peel eggs; slice lengthwise and discard yolks.
Mix tuna until finely flaked; add parsley, lemon zest, mayo and pepper.
Mix well. Fill each egg half with 2 teaspoons tuna mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
Makes 12 servings.
