Super Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. chorizo sausage
    1 large onion
    1 lb. refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 to 3 c. Jack or mild Cheddar, shredded
    3/4 c. taco sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. pitted ripe olives
    1 (7 oz.) can avocado dip
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat with large onion; drain.
    If desired, add liquid hot pepper to taste.
    Spread beans in shallow, 10 x 15-inch pan. Top evenly with meat.
    Sprinkle chilies over meat.
    Cover evenly with shredded cheese.
    Drizzle taco sauce over cheese.
