Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large oranges
    4 bananas
    1 c. grated coconut (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Peel, slice and de-seed oranges; cut away all white membranes. Mix sliced oranges with sliced bananas and coconut. Chill mixture for several hours. Whip the cream; stir into fruit mixture before serving.
