Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, broken
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix half of the sugar with eggs and other half with melted butter.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put pie crust in the oven for a few minutes before pouring in filling.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 1 large pie.
