Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. no-fat sour cream
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the eggs, 1 cup sugar and oil.
    Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sour cream.
    Mix into creamed mixture. Dough will be heavy.
    Stir in rest of flour.
    Spoon dough in a well-greased tube pan.
    Spread to just cover bottom.
    In a separate bowl, combine the last 3 ingredients.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.
    Alternate dough and sugar-cinnamon mixture, ending with cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Lower to 300\u00b0 the last 15 minutes.
