Zucchini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size zucchini
    spaghetti sauce or ketchup
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 stick margarine
    baking flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Over medium heat, melt the margarine in a large skillet.
    Beat the egg and water together.
    Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch slices.
    Dip each slice into the egg-water mixture, then cover the entire piece with flour.
    Fry each slice until golden brown. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Place a tablespoon of sauce or ketchup on each slice and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve warm.
