Upside-Down Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut oil, melted
    1 1/2 c. honey
    1 c. milk or sour cream
    3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    fruit and nuts (as necessary)
Preparation
    Cream together oil and honey.
    Blend in milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and baking powder until blended.
