Chili Con Queso(Mexican Cheese Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 large or 2 medium onions, chopped
1 large or 2 small green peppers, chopped
2 large or 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 to 10 Vlasic pickled hot cherry peppers, seeded and chopped (use gloves when seeding and chopping to prevent the oils from burning eyes or skin inadvertently!)
2 lb. Velveeta or Mexican Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble; reserve.
Remove all grease from skillet, except enough to coat the bottom (about 2 tablespoons).
Saute onion and green pepper over medium heat in same skillet until softened and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
Stir in desired amount of cherry peppers (I use about 6 to 8 for noticeable heat) and chopped tomatoes.
Reduce heat to low.
