Grilled Doves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
    salt and pepper
    6 doves, split down back and flattened
Preparation
    Mix oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Brush over both sides of the birds.
    Grill or broil 4 to 5-inches from heat for 7 to 8 minutes to the side, basting several times with the oil mixture.
