Barbecued Muskrat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 muskrat, cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    cayenne pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Remove muskrat pieces in shallow, foil-lined pan.
    Make sauce from remaining ingredients and brush on pieces.
    Pour remaining sauce in bottom of pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 90
    minutes or until tender, basting every 15 minutes.
