Chili Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar picante sauce (16 oz.)
    2 cans refried beans
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    salt, pepper to taste
    8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    jalapenos, to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground beef with onion, drain.
    Mix everything together in crock pot and cook on low for 3 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
