Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken (bite size chunks)
    1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. chopped celery, cooked in microwave until tender
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients and then add mayonnaise and soup. Spread mixture in large casserole dish (13 x 9-inch).
    Add topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
