Ingredients

1 kielbasi
1 Tbsp. hot peppers (the shake-on kind)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation

Cut up kielbasi into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Mix rest of ingredients together and heat a few minutes.
Put meat into clean glass jar and cover with warm liquid.
Cool, cover jar and place into refrigerator.
