Debose'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets. Remove skins. Cream while hot. Add butter, sugar, baking powder, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
