Egg And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 14 slices white bread
1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. crushed potato chips
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 lb. oleo or butter
Preparation

In a greased 9 x 12-inch pan, cover bottom with bread (crust removed).
Add a layer of ham, then sprinkle cheese over all.
Top with another layer of bread (crust removed).
Beat together and pour over layers the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
