Bacon-Water Chestnut Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, uncooked
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain water chestnuts and marinate them in soy sauce at least 1 hour.
    Cut bacon slices into thirds.
    Roll 2 or 3 water chestnuts up in the bacon and fasten with toothpick.
    Coat the bacon roll-up in brown sugar.
    Cover cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up.
    Place roll-ups on cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 until the bacon is done.
