Waldorf Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and cubed chicken breast
2 c. cored and chopped Granny Smith apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
ground black pepper to taste
lettuce leaves
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apples, celery and raisins.
In a cup, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add to the chicken mixture and toss until coated. Season to taste with pepper.
Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates.
