Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion
    1 jar real bacon bits
    1 medium pkg. Velveeta
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until just to the point of becoming tender. Drain.
    To the potatoes, add diced onion, bacon bits, Velveeta cheese and mayonnaise.
    Mix together well.
    Place in a baking casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
