Corn-Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. skinned chicken breasts or legs
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. evaporated milk
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 tsp. Accent *
Preparation

Roll chicken in evaporated milk, \"thin\" milk just won't do. Then roll \"wet\" chicken into corn flake mixture.
Place in shallow baking pan lined with foil.
Do not cover.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
