Meat Loaf Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz spread
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, half of cheese spread, egg and salt.
    Mix lightly.
    Pat out meat mixture to cover 10 x 12-inch rectangle of foil.
    Combine remaining rice and parsley; spread out over meat. Roll up starting at narrow end and wrap securely; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Cut roll into eight slices.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is done.
    Yields 8 servings.
