Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Remove skin from salmon and flake.
    Add beaten eggs and milk to salmon.
    Then add salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.
    Makes 6 patties.
    Brown in frying pan with Pam spray.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh peas or broccoli.
