Carol'S Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. whole chillies
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Drain chillies and take seeds out.
    Rinse well and air dry. Beat milk and eggs together.
    Layer in an 8 x 8-inch oiled pan.
