Dee'S Garlic Mashed Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 to 7 strips bacon
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder or more
    2 or 3 green onions
    6 or 7 strips crisp bacon
    paprika
    butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; mash (or use recipe for instant potatoes for 10 servings).
    Add sour cream, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese; whip with mixer.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or more.
    Put into baking dish.
    Crumble pieces of crisp bacon.
    Chop green onions.
    Mix with bacon and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Better to add butter the last 1/2 hour to prevent burning.
