Bogberry Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. whole cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Grease a 9 inch pie pan or 8 inch square pan.
    Layer apples in pan.
    Alternate cranberries with apples.
    Combine chopped nuts, cinnamon, salt and 1/4 c. sugar and sprinkle over fruit.
    In a bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and flour.
    Pour mixture over apples and berries, spreading evenly to cover (mixture will run down through the fruit).
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Serves 4 to 8.
