Green Chili Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 or 5 Tbsp. oleo
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and cut into thin strips
    seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Steam in covered skillet the squash, onion, oleo and seasonings. Add chicken soup and eggs. Spread jalapeno Cheez Whiz in 2-quart rectangular glass casserole.
    Put squash mixture on cheese and spread chilies over evenly and top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
