Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. apricot preserves
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine and cream cheese using pastry blender or fork, until mixture is crumbly.
Add coconut and preserves.
Blend well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown; cool before frosting.
