Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed beef bouillon
    1 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until rice has absorbed all liquid.
    Yields 8 servings.
