Bud'S Anchor Inn Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2/3 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Combine.
    Fold into the mixture 1 stiffly beaten egg white. Make ahead and let set at least 1 hour before using.
    Dip fish in batter and fry until golden brown.
