Crab Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 long loaf sourdough bread
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can (3 to 4 oz.) crab or 1/2 c. fresh crab, shredded
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; slice bread in approximately 1-inch thick slices.
    Spread mixture over bread slices.
    Place on baking sheet; broil at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Garnish with paprika, optional. Serves 8 to 10.
