Egg Nog Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. egg nog
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1 Tbsp. water
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell
nutmeg
Preparation

Heat egg nog.
Dissolve gelatin in water and add to egg nog. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
Cool.
Beat whipping cream until fluffy; add vanilla and fold into egg nog mixture.
Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve the next day.
Store in refrigerator.
