Spinach Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from the spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry.
    Tear into bite size pieces.
    Combine the spinach, apple and celery in large bowl.
    Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour over the spinach mixture and toss well.
    Serves 4.
    One serving = 61 calories, 1 g. protein, 8 g carbohydrates, 4 g fat, 51 mg. sodium. One serving = 2 vegetables + 1 fat + 1/2 fruit.
