Aunt Elizabeth'S Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice (do not use water pack)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients; cream shortening and sugar.
    To the creamed mixture; add eggs and lemon juice. Then blend in pineapple and syrup.
    Add flour mixture slowly while beating.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
