Los Feliz Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    seasoning to taste (chili powder, coriander or cumin)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or vegetable or olive oil
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water until almost done.
    Drain and set aside.
    Brown meat; add tomato sauce, green pepper, green onions and seasoning.
    Cook gently for 10 minutes.
    Spread half of the noodles on bottom of casserole pan; spread all of the cheese mixture over noodles.
    Layer remaining noodles and then all of the meat mixture.
    Cover evenly with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and top cheese is melted and browned. Serves 8.
