Grandma'S Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar and water until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Pour over well beaten egg whites.
    Add pecans and beat until candy starts to cool.
    Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
    Cool and serve.
