Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (10-inch) flour tortillas, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can diced green chilies, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 small can chopped ripe olives, drained
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese with mixer.
Add chilies, green onions, olives and garlic salt.
Spread each tortilla with cream cheese mixture and roll up.
Refrigerate, covered.
When ready to serve, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
Makes approximately 60 to 70 appetizers.
