Basic Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together in bowl. In separate bowl, mix egg, milk, sugar and oil.
    Make a \"well\" in dry ingredients and add liquid all at once.
    Stir just enough to dampen all the flour.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake about 20 minutes.
