Raspberry-Mandarin Tartlets - cooking recipe

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cold unsalted butter or lightly salted butter
1 beaten egg yolk
2 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together flour and sugar.
Using a pastry blender, cut in the butter until pieces are the size of small peas.
